Coram Deo Services builds new privacy fences, replaces aging or damaged fencing, and completes targeted repairs. We can manage the entire project, from removing and hauling away the existing fence to completing construction and final cleanup.

Wood privacy fencing starts at $35 per linear foot.



Final pricing depends on fence height, lumber selection, posts and concrete, rot boards, caps or trim, gates, terrain, access, site conditions, and removal or haul-off of an existing fence.

Coram Deo Services provides solutions ranging from targeted repairs to complete deck construction and replacement. We will evaluate the existing structure, discuss your goals, and recommend an approach based on the condition of the deck and your property’s needs.

Larger deck projects may be considered throughout the broader Northeast Texas region, including communities toward Rockwall, Tyler, and Texarkana.

New deck installation starts at $40 per square foot for pressure-treated lumber, $50 per square foot for cedar, and $55 per square foot for composite decking.


These starting prices assume a simple rectangular design, standard framing, normal site access, and typical working conditions. Railings, stairs, demolition, permits, staining or sealing, elevated construction, complex layouts, and other custom features are additional.


Re-decking: Replacing deck boards starts at $25 per square foot for pressure-treated lumber and $35 per square foot for composite decking, provided the existing framing passes inspection. Any framing or structural repair is quoted separately.


Smaller deck repairs that do not fit a re-decking scope should be quoted after inspection. The standard labor rate may be used when appropriate.

Custom Cabinets & Woodworking

Some projects require more than a quick repair. Coram Deo Services offers custom cabinet work, built-ins, shelving, trim, and woodworking projects designed to fit your space, needs, and style. All custom woodworking jobs come with CAD drawings as part of the quote process.

Custom cabinets start at $600 per linear foot installed for paint-grade construction, $750 per linear foot installed for stain-grade construction, and $900 per linear foot installed for premium hardwood or specialty work. A $3,000 minimum applies to custom cabinet projects.


Baseline pricing assumes plywood cabinet boxes, Shaker-style doors, standard shelving, soft-close hardware, a standard finish, design/CAD work, and installation. Final pricing depends on layout, material and finish selections, drawer quantity, specialty hardware, moldings, organizers, and other custom details.


Basic paint-grade built-ins: Start at $500 per linear foot installed, with a $2,500 project minimum.



Custom bathroom vanities: Start at $3,000 for cabinetry and installation.

Countertops, sinks, faucets, plumbing, electrical work, mirrors, demolition, and related trade work are not included unless specifically listed in the written estimate.

Handyman & Home Repair Services

Coram Deo Services continues to provide dependable handyman work, household repairs, maintenance, and practical home improvements within our local service area.



Whether you have a repair that has been waiting for attention or several smaller projects around your property, we will communicate clearly and treat your home with care.

Handyman and smaller repair services are primarily available throughout Saltillo, Mount Vernon, Sulphur Springs, Winnsboro, Como, Pickton, Mount Pleasant, and nearby communities.

Handyman service starts at $75 per man-hour, with a two-hour minimum. Materials are additional. Larger or more involved projects are quoted by the job.

Pressure Washing

Over time, outdoor surfaces collect dirt, mildew, stains, and buildup. Pressure washing can improve curb appeal and help your home or property look cleaner and better cared for.

Lawn Care & Property Maintenance

A clean, well-maintained property makes a difference. We provide lawn care and outdoor maintenance services to help homeowners and property owners keep their yards and outdoor spaces neat, usable, and cared for.

One-time mowing: $75 plus tax for a standard residential service.


Annual mowing plan: $110 plus tax per month and includes 22 scheduled visits during the year.



Larger properties: Lawns over one acre start at $90 per acre plus tax, per visit.

A standard visit includes mowing, trimming, and edging. Overgrown properties, difficult access, excessive trimming, debris removal, or other unusual conditions may require additional charges.
